WAFTA Workshop Refund Policy

Payment for all workshops is to be made in full at the time of booking. Places are confirmed on receipt of payment through the Eventbrite Ticketing System by email from Eventbrite.

Due to our commitments to our tutors we cannot offer automatic refunds if you are unable to attend.  Please consider your participation in workshops carefully. We can only offer a refund if it is possible to find another WAFTA member to take your place. Tickets are not transferable by the purchaser. Please contact events@waftacom.au as soon as possible in the event you are unable to attend and we will do our best to find a replacement from our waiting lists or the wider membership.

WAFTA workshops are strictly for WAFTA members unless otherwise stated. If you are not currently a WAFTA member we would love you to join us – please hop along to our membership page to enrol.

Full monies will be refunded in the event that a workshop is cancelled by WAFTA.
